About this Residence Hall
IMPORTANT PEABODY HALL UPDATE
Peabody Hall will not be available for student housing for 2017-18 academic year. The university is evaluating the building to determine its future. The beds that were available at Peabody will be accommodated elsewhere through Temple-sponsored housing agreements. Current residents are unaffected and will remain in the building until the end of the current academic year.
Peabody Residence Hall has approximately 290 bed spaces in a 4 story, communal style residence hall.
Located in the heart of campus, Peabody Hall offers Wi-fi internet, computer stations, student lounges throughout the building, an art studio and a common area that includes a large TV and Pool tables for all residents to use.
