Fall 2018 Move-in

Learn more about new and returning student move-in.

Unloading Your Vehichle

Students and their families will unload their vehicles along the sides of each building in accordance with the Move-in Schedule. Following the unloading of your vehicle, students will proceed to check-in to their facility while family members park their vehicles. Safety and Security will be out on the road directing traffic and guiding you to the appropriate locations.

The procedures for unloading your vehicles is really simple and we guide you through the entire process. When arriving to campus, you'll want to pull along side of the road near the white tents available for move-in. Students and their families should use the map with directions provided in the Move-in Schedule for exact locations.

You'll unload your car and then be directed where to park. For this reason, we generally ask that you bring several friends or family members with you so they can help.

To make moving in as easy as possible, each building has a supply of red handcarts as well as orange carts that students and their families can use to transport their things from their car to their room.

Each building will have a designated space and designated staff to manage these carts.

We ask that students leave a picture I.D. in exchange for the use of a cart, and to bring the cart back as soon as they are done with it so other students can use them as well. The red handcarts will also be available throughout the year and students can use them as needed by going to the Front Office of their building during regular business hours.
