Summer Employment Opportunities
Conference Services hires Assistant Conference Coordinators, Building Managers, and Conference Assistants for the Summer Conference Season. Positions are available to matriculated undergraduate and graduate students. Being a part of the Conference Team is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience while living on campus.

We are currently hiring for our Assistant Conference Coordinator position (requisition #22003672) starting October 2022.
For students interested in becoming a Conference Assistant or Building Manager, open positions will be posted in January 2023.
You must complete the written application which can be found by accessing your TUPortal, Careers@Temple, and searching the requisition number. You must also provide one written letter of recommendation from a recent employer, professor, or internship with your application as well as a recent resume. In addition to your letter of recommendation and resume, several supplemental questions are included at the bottom of each job description.
The written letter of recommendation, resume, and responses to the supplemental questions must be emailed to Jessica.Johnson@Temple.edu. The email subject line should read “Your Name, Your TUID Number, Position Title.” Employment offers are contingent upon background check.
